I don't think anyone can truly understand what they are feeling until they put pen to paper and let it all out. For me, writing is a way to release the emotion that's been bottled up inside for too long. It's therapeutic, calming, and always so enlightening. Whether it's pouring my heart out to one of my loyal followers on Instagram or spilling my guts to a dear friend over coffee, nothing feels better than getting that all out there. Which is why I'm so excited to be sharing my story with you all. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
